RELAXATION TREATMENTS
Relaxation Massage
1 hour - $60.00
Relaxation massage is sometimes referred to as Swedish Massage. It uses long flowing strokes and kneading. It shouldn’t hurt!
Deep relaxation is best achieved by treating the whole person – not just working on the bits that are tense or sore. Doing this encourages the body and mind to rest. It also stimulates blood flow.
Note: This is a women only service.
Personal boundaries indicator: Unclothed down to underpants, but areas not being massaged at the time will be covered. The area on your front from above the chest to below the knees will always be covered and will not be part of the massage.
Scope of Practice
It is not recommended that you have a massage if you are pregnant or presently have cancer.
Reiki is considered safe in these instances as it can be done “hands off”.
