My broken wrist is healed and you can now book in for reflexology …and after Easter you can book in for a relaxation massage – yay!

I’ve also just completed training on Reflexology for Oncology and Palliative Care , so I am able to work with people who are currently receiving treatment or support for cancer.

Reflexology: I had looked forward to my first Reflexology session with Dee and I wasn’t disappointed. She was professional, but friendly and I felt completely at ease. Starting the session with three deep breaths encouraged me to relax, a state which stayed with me throughout. Having warm socks put back on my feet at the end was a lovely caring touch. Feedback on the session from Dee was very interesting and following on, I am feeling more mentally focused. I shall certainly book again.

Great treatment in a fabulous atmosphere! With severe illness ongoing for 3 weeks (with ED visits due to dizziness, headaches and blood pressure issues) a friend recommended Reflexology to get to the root of the problems. I was skeptical when Dee suggested the transverse colon and cervical spine were sensitive spots. A week later and after a visit to an Osteopath as well it turned out to be just that! Highly recommend this - had my third reflexology session 2 days ago. So deeply restful that I was out like a light within about 5 mins and then suddenly an hour had gone! Have been a regular for a full body relaxation massage that leaves you feeling like you are floating on a cloud. Now there is an option that takes this to the next level with Reiki / massage combo. Depending on what your body needs you may feel relaxed, but more aware, with a burst of energy or another time it will be a deep, peaceful calm that lasts for days. You can continue working, but then return to a calm state more readily. Thanks Dee for keeping me balanced

One of my favourite things to do each week…… I love nothing better than to finish my week with a wee break from the world with Dee. I have two treatment faves, if I feel like total bliss and relaxation I opt for a full body relaxation massage, but if I have had a really hectic, chaotic or stressful week I like the Rieki/Massage combo. I love the combination of the relaxed feeling but it also calms my mind leaving me feeling grounded or Zenlike. I always feel incredibly calm for hours afterward. Thank you for your beautiful healing energy Dee.

This my first reflexology session and I didn't know what to expect. I absolutely loved it. Very relaxing. I felt much more energetic the next day and my headache and reflux were gone. Dee was lovely answering all my questions and made me feel relaxed and at ease. Fully recommend to anyone just wanting to get to know their body a bit more.
