Reflexology Sleep Workshop
Does your child or family member have difficulty falling asleep?
In this 2 hour workshop you will learn a short, simple reflexology routine you can use to encourage your family member to settle for sleep. Materials provided.
$35 per person
This workshop is run at various times throughout the year. The next workshop in Palmerston North is on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 6.30pm.
